"Harlan Miller here from HG Property Management in West Palm Beach FL.  As a long term real estate broker in three states and a brokerage that has focused exclusively on property management for over 10 years, one may ask why I both coached with Marc one on one and also attended his Visit Grace opportunity in 2023.  The answer is simple.  From the first time I saw Marc speak at a conference to embarking on coaching, I saw the experience of a generational expert in property management that takes the most no nonsense approach to this industry.  The number one thing that I have learned over the time on this planet is that to not invest in oneself renders one's opinion of oneself is worth-less.
